Albertsons Community Partners

The Community Partners Card program is now linked to the Albertson’s Preferred Savings Card. You no longer need 2 cards to help CDF. If you don’t already have a Community Partners Card OR the Preferred Savings Card, please get the Preferred Savings Card and designate contributions to the Celiac Disease Foundation.

You can now link your Preferred Savings Card to your Community Partners Card during your next shopping trip to Albertsons, Sav-on Drugs or Osco Drug. Simply present your Community Partners Card AND your Preferred Savings Card for scanning during checkout. That’s it! You’ll start helping CDF earn contributions on all eligible purchases.

So make sure you present your Preferred Savings Card and have it scanned every time you shop at Albertsons, Sav-ons or Osco!

When you sign up for your new card designate the Celiac Disease Foundation as the charity you want your contribution to go to!
